USU Facilities Human Resources Office

The Facilities Human Resources office and all of its functions are coordinated by our Senior Human Resources Specialist, Jimmie Grutzmacher. This office bears the responsibility for overseeing personnel-related functions, including hiring, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, conflict resolution, sexual harrassment issues, employee relations, workers' compensation, short-term disability, testing, compensation for ascending the Career Ladder, and employee recognition.
