Event Management and Scheduling

The Facilities Event Management team bears the responsibility of scheduling and managing all academic-sponsored activities, community-sponsored activities, co-sponsored events, and athletic events taking place on the USU campus. This team ensures that all of the facilities, grounds, fields, rooms, equipment, and support personnel are adequate to meet the needs and expectations of any sanctioned activity. Its time is dedicated to coordinating contractual requirements with campus services, including risk management guidelines, fire code regulations, insurance requirements, and educational class activities.
