Facilities Maintenance

Facilities Maintenance is charged with the responsibility of maintaining Utah State University buildings and grounds. We conduct the routine housekeeping activities within the university buildings as well as maintain the university landscape. Our employees have been empowered to meet the needs of our customers and do what it takes to maintain our high standards There are three major areas of Facilities Maintenance -- Custodial Services, Landscape Operation and Maintenance (LOAM) - which includes our Equipment Operation crew, and Event Scheduling and Moving.
