The Facilities Operations Department is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations that directly affect our customers, such as customer service, building and classroom remodeling projects, maintenance of campus facilities and equipment, utilities including water, sewer, gas, steam, chilled water and electricity and the provision of keys to those  who need access to certain buildings, classrooms, or offices.  Facilities Operations is also charged with monitoring and making sure that campus is energy efficient.
